Victoria Moreno is a Toronto-based Koryo-saram Filipina Creative Director with 3 years of agency experience in content strategy, social media, photography, and creative production.
With a background in Digital & Film Photography, Illustration, and Conceptual Art, my work is rooted in visual storytelling and multidisciplinary design.
Born and raised in Zambia, I grew up surrounded by diverse diasporic communities. This multicultural environment and my own layered identity shaped the way I see the world. This deepened my sensitivity to cross-cultural narratives and taught me to be open, adaptive, and deeply attuned to the stories that emerge between communities.
My creative journey and career began with illustration, expanded through a BFA in Visual Arts, and evolved into photography, graphic design, videography, and creative direction.
Working as an in-house Graphic Designer, Photographer, and later a Content & Social Media Coordinator at a Toronto PR agency strengthened my skills in brand development, strategy, and collaborative design across industries.
At the core of my practice is a commitment to culturally and socially meaningful work. I aim to use my creative skills and lived experiences to build spaces that prioritise mutual care, foster representation, community development, and cross-cultural understanding. Crafting work that not only communicates, but also connects.
