This diptych was created using a high resolution scanner to assist in the creation of a modern photogram. The piece itself is supposed to discuss how mental illness can be viewed as a glitch within our brain that can affect the way we think, act and feel.

The subjects of the piece, Carrie Fisher and Robin Williams, are both well known actors who have gained fame from playing iconic characters. Both suffer from some form of mental illness in their real life; Bipolar and Depression respectively. However, it was often overlooked due to the stigma of mental illness and how it is often hard to see it on the outside. The piece is supposed to be a visual representation of what the mind and person feels on the inside.
